Our desserts are proudly made in house and sold by the slice. Whole cakes, strudels, and custom cakes are available for purchase by ordering in advance.

Apple Strudel

Hand-braided flaky pastry shell filled with spiced apples and raisons with a bread crumb base. Served warm and topped with créme anglaise.

"Bee sting" cake is a classic German dessert made of sweet bread filled with Bavarian creme, topped with toasted almonds and drizzled with honey.

Black Forest Cake (Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte)

Dark chocolate cake soaked in kirsch wasser (cherry brandy) and layered with cream Chantilly and cherry filling.

Cheese Cake

Creamy cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream.

German Chocolate Cake

A layered chocolate cake filled with coconut and pecan icing, surrounded with chocolate Chantilly, topped with chocolate genache.
